I am always in search of ways of keeping my same sound but bringing a lighter rig to gigs. I have two Diezel 4x12 and two 2x12 Diezel cabs that I combine based on the venue size and use with a KT77 VH4 and/or a D-Moll…..but those Diezel cabs are heavy! A month ago on a whim I bought a Blackstar St James 2x12 sealed cab (With the new Celestion Zephyr speakers. Cab is rated at 140 watts)…..anyway….it sounds amazing with either of my heads. The cab on weighs 29 lbs and I can pick it up with one hand. A Diezel 2x12 cab weighs 64 lbs. You may want to give it a try…..
