I get my p steaks cut fresh at Severs in East Alton, 1.5 inch. Smoke em on white oak and cherry and baste forever.


OMG so awesome. When i was Union meat cutter we had some folks ask for 1.5" PS.
Also 1.25" & 1.5" Ribeyes. We had some serious ass Sushi in Wisconsin on vacation.
I ate like a Sumo.

I plan on just wandering off in to the woods to rot peacefully
I bought some land in the west Texas desert for that purpose but then I became orthodox so now I hope they put me in an orthodox graveyard where the monks pray for my soul every day and maybe gather my bones and store them downstairs after I finish rotting. That seems nice to me.
 
Think you can defeat me in a pork steak cookoff?
