I see others are posting extensive reviews of the amp, so I'm going to keep this one simple.
I was at GC yesterday and had the chance to try one out in their little "private" room. It was hooked up to 2 TM 4x12 cab.
Bottom line: I really like it.
I was already expecting to like the dirty channel and I ended up liking it even more than I expected. It has much more gain on top than the Rebel. Now the real test was the clean channel. I'm spoiled, I have a Mesa Lonestar which sounds like arse in the dirty channel but sounds incredible clean.
I can say I really, really liked the clean channel. I can't say it's necessarily better than the LS, because that would just be up for opinion. But, I can say it's up to par at least. And that's great news because it means the amps much more versatile, because both channels are great.
The reverb was good too although I still prefer the sound of a spring. I also liked the boosting knobs that work in conjunction with the footswitch.
