Back story:
I've had my Mesa 2x12 TOV for a few years. I mostly used it at bed room level, then my band started playing shows. Meaning I started using it at band volume a few times a week. We'd have one gig a week for 30 minutes, and all the venues were smoke free.
When it happened:
Then at one show, no sounds would come through. Took about 5 minutes but the problem went away, and the tone was great (normal).
What I tried:
I've tested a set of EL34's which produced the same results.
A friend came over (last summer) and cleaned all in's and out's with contact cleaner it worked for 2 weeks then it started having the same problem.

I'm lowing and raising the volumes through out and I raise the gain towards the end. It's been doing this for about 18 months now, and the wait time has continued to grow.
My work around:
I'll have to leave the amp on "on" for 30 minutes, then I raise the volume to near max and strum away while lowing the volume it comes back to life like nothings wrong. Volume returns slowly, and it might have to be on longer for 30 minutes.
