Amplified Nation Ampliphonix and Gain amps reviews

They are super high quality dumble clones.

Build quality is super high end from what I understand.

I've played a couple but not this model - I've played the wonderland JM style one.

I would guess this is more the Robben Ford HRM style dumble circuit

there's the web site and they look identical to the made in china ones.

The Ampliphonix and Gain is supposed to have a "hot-rodded Plexi" channel, but there are vanishingly few clips out there by which to judge it.
Yes that's why I asked who has one of this amps and how good are they because they are 4000 dls deliver to your home with shipping and taxes included that's crazy, they have to deliver a lot of happiness at that price point, amazing clean channels amazing high gain channel and all in between with reliability and very low noise floor etc...

They are good amps but once you're at 4K and above, Two Rock is the better choice, IMO. His 2x12 cabs are awesome. I owned 2.
I had the John Mayer hear. This was one without the gain channel. It was great, but the Two Rock Custom Reverb Signature blew it away.

Wouldn't doubt at all that the chassis is sourced from China. I don't really see that as a problem. I would guess most amp makers are sourcing chassis and head-cabs from China. I would be more interested to see the quality of the components inside. Aren't they mercury magnetics at least in the transformers? I believe that is the case but don't quote me.

There are very few decent reviews of this amp or any other dumble style cause few youtubers have the ability to shoot a video with a cranked up 50 or 100 watt amp. Most of the demos sound like crap to me on account of that. If I review a Twin Reverb and can only get to 3 on the dial (which seems about on par with the Sweetwater and Ronquillo A.N vids) you aren't even getting the amp to a place where the true, best tone would be heard.

As for 4k, yeah that's steep. But Two Rock and some of the other makers are in that price range and 4k is basically the new 3,200 bucks, which isn't really that extreme for something boutique and handwired. Or are these just a PCB? That might be a deal breaker for me but short of selling my house and relocating I can't honestly even consider an amp at that price range anyways.

If I ever decide to go this route I'll probably be shopping Ceriatone cause there are more reviews of quality and the better reviews do sound good. They have a good rep, quality parts can be used, and the price is about half. Maybe a steel string singer but I would be looking at 1x12 combos for the portability.

Yes I agree on you on everything, what I don't like is that saying is build in the usa when is not true, I saw videos saying that form several manufactures and when you see the transformers and electronic components they are not, super high quality 4,000 dls amp worth, Im a business man and when you have a good product regardless where is made people will but it, but don't lie just make the sale and make people think is super high quality, like a lot of brands say about their 4000 dls products.

let me give another example the first run of Friedmans had USA made transformers, then I noticed Chinese transformers and the bad thing is higher prices on their same products because they already build a reputation is all about perception of your product. in this case I think these company is buying everything from a China factory and then just rebranding or telling them what to add in the names, logos etc... getting the product for 85% less to the USA and then selling the product at a record profit without doing anything, all the circuits are just simple copies from internet schematics. But then the China factory turn on them probably due to a breach of contract or end of contract and then the China factory learn how much were for sale and that's why now they are at almost the same price in alibaba.com because is the company that use to sell them to the American company.

Like I said be truthful about your product, but they don't do it because the majority of customer don't know all of this, and they end up buying a cheap product just because of good marketing.
