Just a new tune, no verse, so the hi-hat is mapping out how long it will be.

Though I'd do a tone test with Amplitube 3. I'm digging this program a lot...Much more than the earlier versions of Amplitube. This is about 5 minutes of tweaking with the 5150 and Recto models. Only post-processing is a HP at 100hz.

Quad-tracked with my PRS Custom 22, A#, 12-62 SIT strings.

I'm also sick as a dog, so pardon the slightly sloppy playing in some bits.

sounds good! Definetally better then what I could of got out of V2.

Sounds really good! I really had to tweak the amp models a lot to like them, but once you play around they sound great. The accuracy of the stomps really impressed me the most in Amp.3

Took me about 10 minutes to dial those tones in. Seriously, that's it. If I can export the patches, I'll upload them.

Here are the patches:

Ampeg SVX Bass patch: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/3463841/Jordon%20Bass.svxp

The bass was blended with a DI and a Sansamp Bass Driver DI VST plugin. 3 tracks total, amp, DI, and BassRider

"Boogie" tone: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/3463841/Jordon%20Boogie.at3p
"5150" tone: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/3463841/Jordon%205150.at3p

You're hearing mainly the "Boogie" tone with the "5150" tone filling out the low mids and lows.
Thanks! When you quad track guitars, where do you place them in the mix?

I usually have complimenting rhythm parts, so think of it like guitarist 1 and guitarist 2.

Guitarist 1-1: 100% Left
Guitarist 1-2: 80% Left

Guitarist 2-1: 100% Right
Guitarist 2-1: 80% Right

When I'm writing, usually the parts on the right are what I would be playing live....useless info there, but hey, there it is.

I'm just listening through the laptop speakers on my Envy 14, but that sounds really good!
