dcburn Well-known member Sep 28, 2023 #3 I swear one of the Tone Talks, Dave F mentions having vintage amps that sit around for spells and using a variac to bring the amp slowly back up to power. Re-forming (?) the caps? I cant remember the term he used off hand...
