I was talking to another member, noting how easily a James Tyler headstock can be whittled down to resemble any number of other guitars. That way a guy like Clapton who has a "Fender" endorsement can rock a James Tyler without anyone outside of his guitar tech knowing what guitar he is actually playing. I can't openly say whether he has an endorsement or not. If I told you, I'd have to kill you, and I like you, mainly because you've owned three James Tylers. So at some point in your life, you were cool at least once.

Eddie stole a lot of his gear ideas from James Tyler. He just had his tech rout the headstock down. Ain't no way Eddie came up with the stripes all on his own.

One of my best friend's name is Tyler. He was my boss for a while so I played him quite a few times but if you mean James Tyler, then, no I have not had that "just won the lottery" level fortune. I have only seen one in real life so I do know they are an actual guitar. Probably why he puts his name on the headstock so many times, just to dispel doubters and stuff.
