Hell, why wait? You can ‘charge’ whatever the f*ck you like for whatever the f*ck you have for sale. What you can actually ‘get’ for whatever it is you have for sale is a different chapter in a different book on a different shelf in a different library. That’s why real estate comps look only at completed transactions - not listings.

If I had an amp that I could sell in 6-7 months for over 4x what I could get now...I'd wait. Reality is that he'd be more likely to get about 1/8 of that by the end of the year.
