I recently picked up a short scale mahogany/koa topped drop top Anderson from Mesa Hollywood...wow what a guitar.
It has the H2+ in the bridge and it's a really really good pickup.
Very full and thick sounding but also with clarity and bite too but not too bright.
It's a bit hot but not too hot. Anyone else like it...it may be my favorite pickup ever and I have tried lots of different ones.

I LOVE the Anderson H2. Had an H2+ for a bit too, great pickup as well. Tom knows how to build guitars and wind some awesome pickups.

The HN3+ is the best pickup I've ever used. Other than the H1 in the neck position, I've not used any other Andersons.

Yes, the H2+ is a killer pickup. I'm currently on a BK pickup high, but Anderson pups are unique animals. Very HI-FI.

What BK do you have and in which guitar?

I've got a VHII in the bridge of my PRS. The only problem with it is that it's making the Dimarzio in the neck sound like garbage. The Anderson's are going into that Koa Tele. A buddy of mine is refinishing it right now.

I have one in this. Unique strongly voiced and focused pickup that cuts through. And splits very well with the other pickups.

H2+ is perfect... not too much, H3 is too much, H2 almost there, H2+ perfect.

I have two Anderson guitars. My main HDTC has a H2+ which I just love. I tried the H2 and H3 but the H2+ is just right for me. I just took possession of a second DTC which has a HC3 which is a different beast (more classic) but just as awesome.

Ordered a pro am with an H2+ in the bridge. I hope it's as good as people seem to think.

Although I have like almost all pickups made (well bridge versions mostly) from Dimarzio and Seymour Duncan, 4 Bare Knuckle pickups, Emg 81,85 etc etc, my main 3 guitars have Tom Andersons H2+, H3, H3+. The clarity and balanced tone of them is second to none.

My favorite is H3 as I do a bit of 80s shredding solos and H2+ a second best. H3+ is more extreme/ wall of sound pickup type.

I have an h2+ in two guitars, a fender Mia fat strat and a min fender contemporary dual humbucker tele. Only pickup I have that is in more than one guitar. I really like the clarity and how it splits. First tried an h3 in the strat, but it was too hot for my tastes.
