I would try swapping v1+2 with v5+6, or buy a peavey classic

my first guess is preamp tubes, but damn, that sucks, man.

well, I can tell you it's not the tube!
I had a brand new renegade having the exact same issue! I change ALL the tube from spares I had! And still that annoying sound that appear after 30 minutes of warm up!
Since it was less than 30 days, I brought it back at GC in LA and got another one! No problem since last october!
Knowing it's not the tube, I suggest you contact egnater and benefits from that 3 years guarantee!

Is the internal cooling fan working?
What happens when you turn the reverb down?
You're sure it isnt' coming from effects in the loop?
These seem obvious but are the kinds of things I would overlook in my momentary fit of rage...

Emailed the video to Nate at Egnater, he said to take the amp out of the cab and send it to them and they can fix it and have it back to me the next day. I am going to Cali next weekend so I will take it with me and go to Egnater if they are open. Waiting on a reply for weekend hours.
