I feel like trying out an Einstein again. Has anyone seen any in NJ. Russo doesn't carry them anymore.

I know there is a store in Northeast PA (Magdon Music) that has one stock. I know its a little ride from NJ...just food for thought.

I have one in flemington NJ. hit me up if you want to check it out one day, we can prolly work something out. I leave for europe on june 11 so it would have to be before then.

Thanks for the invite. I'll see when i can sneak out of the house and let you know.

Danyeo, I don't mean to be a jerk....did you want the Mark V because of the tone/features or because you wanted to be the first to get it? I know you want it pretty bad...but wouldn't it be worth a little extra time to wait and not cancel your order if you really wanted it that bad?

I see. That sucks of course if you already paid for it. Good luck either way.

I didn't want to be the first to own it. But i was told over and over I'd have it in March. It's now June! In the mean time i have Gassed for quite a few other things but i feel my hands are tied. Put it this way, I'm think i could just live a Mark III for $700 over the V. And if i were designing the V i would have laid it out different. I really don't need a Tweed, Edge, Crunch, etc.

And yes, my tastes may been changing a little bit.

I don't know man. I'm also waiting on my Mark V head and I'm frustrated as well (I was told March, then April, then May, now June) but IMO you should wait. It's going to be an amazing amp. I do have a VH4 though so that makes the waiting a little easier. :gethim:

Mark III and Einstein

I like your videos of the IIC+ and Einstein. There's just something with that IIC+ lead tone that does it for me, but your Einstein sounds damm good as well. I like the lead tone you had with the IIC+ better, but i liked the rhythm tone of your Einstein. Not sure if the V can do the IIC+ tone. We shall see.

Well, i still want to try the Einstein regardless of what i do. I like the fact that peter Diezel figured out how to keep the volume of the amp even while switching through modes of an amp. Boogie hasn't seemed to get that one right yet.
