I have an E'rect and a COD that Frank just sent me. I'm looking to try a EG3/4, MHG, VX or DLX.

I'm sure I could call the Amp Lounge and switch the COD for something else but I think I'm starting to get on Franks nerves and I thought I'd give him a break this time. :D

I'm sure both of these modules would come in handy when recording, so I'm kind of up in the air on a few directions.
I was think about getting an M4 with an axxes GRX4 to run with the MOD50 to have my cake etc..

The Bman and SL2 are covering my need perfectly and rather than having completly different flavors, I think I might prefer just slight variations (DLX & EG3/4 or VX/MHG) for when that fickle little tone devil on my shoulder starts whispering sweet nonsense in my ear. :doh:

Here's what really been bugging me... I had a UXL which was a modified MHG I got from Tony (mctallica) and I really wasn't crazy about it (too brittle and didn't match well with the Bmans eq, Frank exchanged it for the COD). Bassed on everyones comments, the EG5 has peaked my intrest. However, Frank told me that my UXL was basically the same as the EG5. I wish I could confrim this and that the componants are really the same. If thats the case, I really might not like it or the MHG either.

I love the SL2 and just want more of that goodness! I'm thinking the A channel would be the B of the SL2 and the B would be the same with more upper mids and compression. Hmmm, that might be the EG6 :yes: ?
 
Well I don't need an EG3/4 cuz I just bought Buckeyedog's :D

Still up for a trade with the MHG, VX or DLX :rock:

I'm going to be putting the COD and E'rect up on ebay shortly. If anyone wants them... $305 for the E'rect Shipped and $350 for the COD shipped. The COD is brand spanking new!

It got here today!

This was a good call for me, I really like this module; it has what I like about the SL2 with a little different vibe and the B channel really fits my soloing syle.
