Anyone considering a Diezel, please read this!

Peter, Uwe, and Mike at 65amps, are some of the best people I've ever dealt with.

I contacted Uwe about a small issue I had with my Herbert. He put me in touch with Mike at 65amps for tech service. I figured while the amp was there, I'd see if Peter could walk Mike through a mod I wanted done.

Peter returned my email within 12 hours, walked Mike through the mod, and I had my amp back in my hands within 72 hours. The whole process started on a Friday, and was done by Monday afternoon. Did I mention this was right before the NAMM show?

I could not agree more. My first experience with Diezel was back in 2001 when I got a VH4, and not only back then but even to this day they've by far had the best customer service. Any questions, concerns, whatever, they always address them with utmost speed and with an attitude that lets you know that having you as their customer is important to them. I mean, Uwe took the time to help me bias my Herbert over the phone. What more do you want? A++

So how does your amp sound after the mod?

Absolutely fantastic! Peter came into town for NAMM on Tuesday, so I brought the amp back to Mike's shop. Peter did some more tweaks for me Wednesday evening. Unreal. Thumps even harder, opened up channel 3, even MORE clarity. Truly KILLER tone for me

I agree 100%, Peter, Uwe and everyone are awesome. Called Uwe because my Einstein didn't come with a power chord and got one within a week, California to Connecticut. Also, info on Hagen would be awesome. If it's a Preamp, we could have a winner!
