Anyone have the phantom midi power on their M4 cut out

Phantom midi power cuts off and comes back on my Liquidfoot Pro connected to the M4. Anyone ever have that happen? Just got TC G-major II and patched though to it. Could be the M4, cable, Liquidfoot or some freeky deeky interation with the G-Major. :doh:
