How wonderful. Watch out for these losers. Guys who post WTB ads, watch out. This is the newest scam attempt.

It’s probably the “partial refund,” scam guys trying something new out. Losers.

I am not sure. I saw guys warning about the scam in the classified section so I put it heat so more people would see it. I know it has something to do with WTB threads. I think people contact you and say they have what you want.
 
I had to deal with a partial refund scam on an exchange off ebay. The prick took back the busted item then issued a partial refund. I wound up just escalating it through paypal and my CC. I didnt trust ebay to do the correct thing. I got the remainder of the balance back when PP closed the case.
