The Phil X signature Custom PX-8 humbucker. The PX-8 humbucker is a hot rodded pickup that is slightly overwound and built around super strong Alnico 8 magnets. Featuring a raw nickel cover with an X engraved into the top, its subtle but cool. Clear and powerful with extra grind and beautiful highs that really make lead work stand out this beefed up humbucker is perfectly touch sensitive, when you hit it hard it responds. Wound on an antique winding machine with Plain Enamel wire, and using tuned Alnico 8 Magnets, built around exclusive custom pole screws, precision milled parts and select grade steel for all the components. Every pickup is painstakingly assembled with the utmost care producing a pickup that is the ultimate in quality. Every pickup features an engraved Phil X signature and is individually Serial Numbered.
