Well, I've had mine for two years now and it died... looks like the power tranny as the main fuse blows immediately at power on. I've attempted to contact egnater through their support contact page... twice and no response. Support calls in the daytime go to voicemail. Seems like parts of their website haven't been updated in two years as well... Now my amp does NOT have an M in the serial (at least the sticker I think is the serial number anyway) and I hope they will replace it free of charge and I no longer have the receipt but I'm not holding my breadth... I'm a little suspect as to the viability, reliability and commitment to quality and commitment to non-promo users of egnater at this point.....
YUCK
FUCK
THAT SUCKS.
dude, i know the feeling. i will try to help you as best i can. right now, i believe they are all out of office for "the jewish holiday". at least thats the reply mail i get back when i email them.
i would also assume since your serial# doesn't have an M in it that it's the old first run style.
here's what to do. wait til october 1. call the customer service line. tell them you have an original tourmaster that you bought, serial#, and tell him you tested it.
first, since you have time, refer to this video....some of it is rudimentary, but, you could learn something.
test your amp the way they do. it's easy. set your power grid to full power.

if you dont wanna watch it, the steps are:
turn the power and standby switches to OFF
unplug the amp
remove the 4 LARGE power tubes
replace the blown fuse above the plug receptacle
plug the amp back in
turn the power on, but leave the standby in "standby"
if the jewel light fires up, you probably have a bad tube. if not, something internal, which, we suspect already is the output tranny.
you CAN test that, here's the directions....

if you determine it's a blown tube, all the better!
again, im really sorry to hear you have this issue...it sux...hang in there, be patient and keep on em!
