I'll be taking my M4 rig to a 2-day musical reunion of a band I worked in years ago. I expect it will get pretty continuous use for the two days.

It's probably a good idea to take some spare tubes, no? Do all the modules use the same pair of tubes or do they differ from module to module?

I run all 12AX7s in all my modules or 5751s or AT7 in a few for taste,12AX7s in the M4 but any of those work for backups they just lower the gain.

always a good idea to have backup preamp tubes, especially with a preamp that takes TEN!

I find, the four v2 spots work fine with Sovtek 12AX7A.

I have a NOS RCA or GE 12AX7 in the chassis for V1.
I have a NOS RCA 12AT7 in the Chassis for V2(line driver)

V1 for my modules:

EG5: NOS Chinese 90's
EG3/4x: NOS Chinese 90's
SL2X: NOS Chinese 90's
VX: JJ ECC83S
T/T: Chinese 9th gen
COD: 5751 Groove Tubes

Do you think it would be OK to just carry a handful of spare 12AX7A for the M4? And a set of power tubes for the RT2/50?
