Bad pedal took out my 4X12

Lightinig must have taken out my pedal.
The pedal was squealing like crazy then my GC 4x12 cabinet went out.

Does anyone know if,
there is an internal protection circuit inside?
if the cabinet goes completely out, does the first one speaker go out and save the others.
or do they all go out?

Don't they have some sort of circuit in the jack for auto switching or sumthin?
