Practically brand new. I used them for two gigs and took them out. Great pickups, but not my thing. If you're into classic tones, these really nail that in spades. Plenty of lead wire leftover; essentially all of it actually. One of the covers has a mild tarnishing line on one side from the high e string from the two gigs I used these for. That's the beauty of raw nickel in my opinion; the way it ages.
