At Stubb's in Austin.

they ended up going on at about 7:30 (maybe a bit later). the doors were at six.

Great fucking show.

Barney Greenway from Napalm Death came out and sang ND's "You Suffer". It was funny if you know the song

I saw the guys walking around in their bus as I left. Later saw Seth outside and just threw some horns and said "awesome show"

also, I wanna thank the woman who was working the merch table. Don't know if she works specifically with Behemoth or just the venue. I don't know how that stuff works. But, I bought a 25 dollar shirt. Only had 23 on me, but she sold it to me anyway knowing full well I might not pay the rest later. But I went to my car and got the last two dollars, plus about 3 or 4 dollars in quarters that I managed to scrounge up in my car (all I had other than that was 50s) for her as a tip for being so cool about it. And because of that, she gave me two Behemoth/Jagermeister shot glasses.

Saw Jason (killertone) as I first arrived, but didn't say hi as I had to buy my tickets. Never saw him again.

For the gear people:

Seth - two laboga heads through Randall cabs. ESP Viper 7 string, ESP EX
Nergal - Dual Rec. ESP 7 string super strat type with FR, ESP V
Orion - ???. ESP F bass
Inferno - drums   (don't remember the brand (starts with an "S")

left before Dimmu Borgir and arrived after Keep of Kalessin

Setlist in order:

Slaves Shall Serve
At the Left Hand ov God
Prometherion
Conquer All
Antichristian Phenomenon
Demigod
Christgrinding Avenue
As Above, So Below
Chant For Eschaton 2000

I'm still kinda pissed that Behemoth had to open for Dimmu Burger. What a crock of shit.

I saw and heard them for the first time opening for Motorhead. Very tight band. I got to kick back with the bass player after their show. I don't know if it is Orion, but he was a tall mother efr. A very cool guy.

Missed Keep Of Kalessin? I've always wanted to see how they handle that relatively complex stuff with just one guitarist.

I saw Keep with Behemoth, they handle it pretty well, though they don't really play any of the really complex songs. The guitarist has an interesting style and it seems like he does a lot of strumming on nearly all the strings while switching up his fingering for lead bits while still doing the rhythm.
