Possibly. It's worth a try.
Anything that creates its own dirt, will sound good through the Roland Jazz Chorus.
Heck I've slaved both my cranked Mesa/Boogie MarkIV and the Engl Fireball into my Roland Jazz Chorus 120 combo amp, and it worked great. Switch the in-built chorus on and

The Suhr Riot, an amazing pedal, more like a PT100 ch 2 in a pedal or
BK Butler Tube Driver. Tube Driver has a 12XA7 (or similar) Tube and helps ad some warmth and you get tube overdrive. I like the Tube Drive with a Bias knob.
They would be my 2 choices but each are very different so I would use both.
