Best instrument cable in stock @ GC?

The 5' cable I made out of Belden cable in '90-'91 is putzing out on me. I could fix it but I'm lazy and like to spend $ unnecessarily. ;) 5'-10' should be good. It goes from the last pedal on my board to the front of my amp. So thinking about stopping by my local GC tomorrow and picking one up IF they have one worthy.
Opinions?

The internet exists. You don't need Guitar Center. Why limit yourself? Even if you get the best thing on the menu at McDonald's, you're still eating crap.

I really like mogami. I prefer D’addario for speaker cables.

Mogami Gold or Platinum because they have lifetime warranties. Also all Livewire cables have a warranty at GC, you can just hand them the cable and they give you a new one, no receipt needed. Livewires are decent cables, it's nice being able to get a replacement quick.

Okay, then D'addario American Stage cables.
I think Planet Wave bought out D’addario cables a while ago which is why I recommended planet waves. I use a D’addario speaker cable right now and love it.

Edit: D’addario bought out Planet Wave. I had it backwards by accident

It's nice to be able to do a quick, no question swap, but I've had to replace too many times which makes me wonder about the quality. How do you think they stack up sound wise?

One of the most important things about a cable’s durability is how the connectors attach to the cable. If the connectors are long and they grip the cable itself an inch or two down from the ends, which stabilizes the solder joints and prevents them from flexing as the cable bends, then the cable should last a long time.

If you get a cable with ends that that do not stabilize the solder joints but instead just kinda hang directly from the solder joints, like those old Horizon cables used to (maybe still?) do, then it better be a patch cable or something you literally never move, otherwise it will break at that joint super quick.

I'm a fan of the Neutrik chuck connectors for that reason. I've had the the insulation slid out from under the crimp-wrap style strain relief during handling (they don't take well to pulling on the cable itself), leaving things just hanging from the solder connection. The Neutrik chucks though, if you try to slide the insulation back out of their grasp they just bite down even harder.

Please don't insult McDonald's by comparing it to GC.

The overwhelming majority of cables in my rig are mogami with either neutrik or gh plugs, but I have some planet waves that have been spectacular. No doubt in my mind they are as good as other hyped and high end brands
