Looking for a replacement start neck, preferably with a compound radius and ebony fretboard. Any suggestions of where to look? Also, looking to see if I can find one with below tuning peg drilled configuration.

Warmoth. Got mine with them 7 years ago and still going strong !

Ron at Mammoth Custom builds great replacement necks. He built a gorgeous Cocobola neck with ebony board for my PRS CE24.

Here's my Mammoth Custom San Dimas:

The binding on the PRS neck is maple and not plastic

It doesn't have to be a fender neck. I am just looking for a nice strat replacement neck. That neck on the prs looks really nice. I will check out mammoth, musikraft, and warmoth.

Do warmoth and musikkraft necks need extra fretwork and nut finishing or are they bolt and go?

All necks will need nut finishing. As for fretwork, some are good right off the bat, others might need a little leveling. Most Warmoth need their fret ends dressed.

Also, don't count out Allparts. They are reasonable, made in Japan by the company that makes necks for Fender Japan.

I've used both Musikraft and USACG. Don't have much experience with Warmoth, but the other 2 you can't go wrong with.
