I’ve got a Line6 Helix that I plan to use for a band. I need something in the way of a powered speaker to dial in my patches because I plan to DI to FOH. It would also be nice if it were portable enough to serve as my “cab” for band practice. I had a Powercab212+ and absolutely hated it; I AB’d it with a Headrush 112 and there was no contest. I like the idea of a speaker with Bluetooth that I can jam along with as well, but this is not a must. Basically I’m down to studio monitors (which I can’t take to band practice), a Headrush 108 vs. 112, or an EV ZLX 12BT. What recommendations can you give me? Thanks!

I have a Mission Engineering Gemini II that’s made for that. Has two 12” speakers, no blue youth but does have usb so you can plug your Helix in that way if wanted or regular cables. Great FRFR cab. Loud and looks like a normal 2x12 cab. I have some Focal BE6 Studio monitors so I haven’t used it in a while since I only play in my home studio.

They’re expensive but sound great. I actually tried selling it but it got lost in shipping so I gave a refund and eventually got it back with a big dent on the side, but it worked fine, well built cabs.
