Biasing 5881s.....

Hey guys,

I notice my 5881s are not exactly matched, if one is biased to 34, the other will be 36. Should I bias them 33-35 to stay below the 35 max? However, I recall reading where Jeff said they set them between 34-36 so maybe I am OK? I just don't want to break anything.

I usually do the stay below thing, so I would do the 33-35. But, I don't think it's going to hurt them to run them a smidge hotter. Just a bit less life maybe.

I actually really let the amp warm up a while and now it bisases about 34-35! Perfect.
