Biasing a Tweaker 88...

Hello...new Tweaker 88 owner here. I love the amp!! However, I only like the manual...since it doesn't show me how to bias the power tubes . Is there a technical bulletin or something that shows how to check/adjust the bias on this amp? Also, I'm hoping this can be done by just removing the top vent rather than having to remove the chassis .

The correct bias from the internal test points should be 90ma. The intermal test points are measureing the two tubes together so 90 ma = 45ma per tube.
