Throwing a quad in my Einstein, what do I bias them at? It would be great to hear from
Peter!

Im not Peter, but set the bias so that one with lowest reading reaches 35mA. By all means of course try little higher and lower settings as well. In my opinion one's ears should always be involved when biasing (assuming that the readings are within safe range).

Rookie question, would this bias setting be the same for a 50W Einstein combo? Thanks

Bias them like EL34s, 30-35mA/tube depending on method: 30mA for plate reading, up to 35mA when you are reading the current at the cathode.
