I saw your video on the fuzz thread on TGP yesterday. Not much talk about fuzz over here. I have owned a lot of fuzz pedals and still have box full of them.

Fuzz can mean a lot of different things....The Fuzz Star is a Big Muff type fuzz. So it is more like a distortion pedal with some fuzz in the sound.

Thanks, good information.

I think that distortion-like fuzz fits my band better (it's a ska band so not much fuzz going on there). But it would definately be interesting to own a few with different characteristics.

I usually use fuzz for texture. I get most of my distortion from my amps.
