I've got a Bman module that has seemingly lost power. Don't know if this is just a case of a bad tube(s) because I haven't experienced tube issues previously. I have a box of extra tubes in storage and I suppose I could swap tubes out of another module - but maybe someone has a quick answer for me. The only troubleshooting I've done so far is to put the module in a different slot in the M4 I know is working and that didn't resolve anything.

The volume is roughly half what it normally was and even the LED light(s) are dimmer on both channels. Time to replace the tubes or is this a different problem?

I would guess that tube is the best bet- Although with the modular stuff could it be the connection points?

 :scared:

This issue would definitely be something on the module. My first instinct is to say it's a bad tube, but the fact that the LED's are affected too makes me think it could be something else.

Swapping tubes is easily the first and easiest/cheapest thing to try. I'd start there, and if it's not a tube issue, I'm thinking it could be the transistor (at least it's what it looks like to me) that's right behind the tube board. I could be way off base here, but it looks on the schematics that that's the "power supply" for the module.
