Bogner 100B power amp mute

Hi guys. I posted this over on HC and was told I might get a better response here. This is what I had posted over on the HCAF:

I have a Bogner 100B with the power amp mute option. Today I got curious and wanted to use it. However when it is engaged, and I run from the line out into another amp (Im using a cheap vox valvetronix for the guinea pig) there's no output whatsoever. This is my first amp with a power amp mute, and I'm at a loss. I've never seen or owned a manual for the 100B either, so I have no idea how to trouble shoot this. The line out works fine normally, when the mute is not engaged.

problem solved. I had to go out from the effects loop, not the line out!
