Any word on availability of this amp? Last I heard was April/May?

Also, does anyone know if the channels and modes will be footswitchable?
 
Update - I emailed Bogner and they said they "hope to have it out by fall."
 
Bogner statement at the Musikmesse Frankfurt 2013: "He comes in June ..."
