I’ve waited 30 years for this tone! (It was worth the wait.) Just finished this video checking out the new Bogner Snorkler 50. Hope you guys enjoy.
It's quite a bit different from a JJ or other Friedmans. Less smooth and produced. More mid-forward, raw, and grinding. Easier to play than a Friedman, too. (and that's saying something.)Looks like Jerry is also rolling with these now too .. Friedmans to the side, Bogners in. Crunchy, chewy, cuts. Sounds great I have to admit.
My understanding is that they are a normal production model. Are these a production model? Someone has been sending me clips and holy shit the amp sounds good.

Thanks Dino! Appreciate you dude.Great job dude!!!
Definitely versatile. I don't know how far into the video you watched but I show it in two modern contexts (Sleep Token, Bring Me The Horizon) and another classic context (Bark at the Moon). It can do a surprising amount of stuff and sounds really cool doing it. Sits in a mix very easily and takes a lot of speakers very well. This sounds great! How do you like it for lead playing and how is the loop?? Are you going to use it primarily for that 90s AIC sound or do you think it is diverse enough to cover other territory just as well?
Haha I mean that’s the million dollar question. I am not sure why more manufacturers don’t give the people what they want, even if they’re reissues of classic amps. Money to be made!It sounds amazing, has the sound of first 2 AiC albums.
One can only wonder why it took so long for bogner to release it?
