So I turn on my Bogner Uber today and upon flipping the switch to standby the amp started making a buzzing sound from what appears to be the left side of the amp if you are facing it. What could this be? Is my Tranny shot? Can tubes make a sound like that? I'm afraid if I run it like this I will ruin the amp or damage it in some way. If I bring it to my local tech, they want $95 an hour bench fee just to diagnose. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Heres a video showing the buzzing, you may have to turn your volume up a bit.

sounds like a bad heater on one of the preamp tubes. Have you done a visual inspection? A tech at $95/hr is on the high side but if your not comfortable with pulling out your amp and working on it then I suggest taking it to someone.

I would send an email to Bogner and link the video in the email. Charlie has always been quick replying to my emails or answering questions over the phone.
