What bridge humbuckers have you used that played nicely with the Shiva gain channel for modern heavy rock? I've had good results with a stock Gibson 498T. The high-mids from the PU seem to balance out the low-mids from the Shiva. Your experiences?

I like the Suhr Aldrich bridge. I have a Shiva 20th

Motor City Pickups, WCR, BareKnuckle ...all exceptional pickups for clarity and tone.

I use a Seymour Duncan JB with mine and love it. Getting some Suhr Aldriches in the Les Paul this week and will report back on those.

Duncan SH5, JB, Suhr Aldrich.
P90 would be Harmonic Design. Also have an old Schaller from my heritage that has some grunt.

JB, Sweet singing classic rock/blues-rock tones on Ch.2 boost. Bring it up close enough to the strings, and you almost don't need a boost/od to push it over the top. This is the trafficgreen 2+ though. Gets you all that 70's warm zz top kind of tone.

The Suhr SSH+ was voiced with this amp. :D

Hmm, interesting.
You'd think it would've been voiced with a Suhr amp.

Aldrich pickups are really great in a singlecut, Bare knuckle crawlers. JB is very good in the bridge. BKP nailbombs are great too. All these with a shiva EL34. Not sure about my anniversary shiva yet :D
