My band played this weekend and in between sets I had a guitarist from another local band come up to me and tell me he had to know what I was using because it was "The best live tone I've heard in my life". :D I showed him the M4 and modules and he said he'd heard of Egnater and now he wants to own one. If you get any calls from a guy in Pittsburgh this week I want my commission check!!!

Most of the night was either SL2 or EG5. My Lead patch uses the MHG. I also have the ERect but I don't use it much for the 80's tribute band I'm in.

I'm sure your fingers had something to do with that, as well--you post some great clips.

The "The best live tone I've heard in my life" quote seems to be popular when someone hears an Egnater rig!

I agree - your EG5 clip was amazing.

Nice to see there is still some love for the MHG. I am keeping mine.

Seeing you use the M4 and VHT power amp always makes me wonder if that would be a better rig for me. It would be nice to be able to use 4 modules, rather than two and I don't see the E2 anywhere on the horizon.
For now I just compromise and use the same module for rhtyhm and lead. I would also hate to lose the mojo of the entire Egnater system(Pre and power amp).

That's easy, bro--2 Mod 50s! :)

Easy solution:

M4 out-----> Seminar Head FX Return.

Done!
