Hi,

I am really having a hard time trying to find the status of the CAE OD-100 SE+ head I ordered and paid 50% of with Frank on the phone on October 9th ???

I left two messages, Nov 2th and 7th with no response as of yet. I get home from work around 5:30pm and have tried calling your shop these past few days with no luck either.

Can someone please tell me what is the deal here and I just want to know when to expect the arrival of the amp to your shop if you are aware ?

As per Suhr the last update we have is 2 weeks from the date you last inquired on 10/25/07. Two weeks out puts Suhr with a ship date of 11/8/07. I will call them today to see if it has gone out.

I appreciate you replying, when you do call them to get the update can you please leave me a voice mail so when I get home today I have something to go on? How long does it normally take for suhr equip/amps to make it to your shop by?
