BRUCE/IAN HELP!!! M4 ISSUE - NO SIGNAL FROM SLOT 3

So, I played a show last week, and everything is working great. Load up my car, take my stuff home (as I've done a million times) and bring it inside. I plug in my M4 today to practice, and the module in SLOT 3 isn't working. So, I figure it's a tube issue in the module, maybe it got blown or something on power up. Replace both tubes, and nothing. So, next I plug the module into SLOT 1 to make sure it's not something else, and it works fine. Plug another module into SLOT 3 and it doesn't work. SLOTs 1, 2, and 4 all work fine. When the module is in SLOT 3, the channel switching works and the lights on the module are changing, but I'm not getting any signal coming out of the cab. Just in case you're curious what I consider SLOT 3, I've put a little diagram below. Any friggin idea what this could be???? I'm at a complete loss here. Please HELP!!! Thanks in advance.

Sounds broken. I've never seen that problem before. The problem will not be a bad tube. Going to need to get it repaired. May be best to send it here. email ian@egnater.com for details.
 
Will do. I still live about a 1/2 mile from the shop, so I can bring it up there if that is where it will end up going. Just let me know either in this thread, or by responding to the email I'm going to send now.
