I just wanted to say thanks to you guys for going out of your way to help me today & it was nice to meet you guys (Bruce & Jeff) at the shop (cool place) & you john for helping me out on the phone, I have to say, I have never had better costumer service in my life, Thanks !!!
I haven't stoped playing my amp all day, I love this thing !

+1 billion on the guys. It was good to see you Friday, Jeff, although I have to admit that I haven't plugged into the replacement yet. :( I got it plugged in and just about ready to play, and the 4-month-old started crying. :gethim:

Hopefully I'll get a chance tonight. Thanks for trying to narrow down the issue, and for getting it resolved.

Now, about those E2s... :rock:
