Hey Bruce and Jeff, question:

Lets say I was really bored one day, and I wanted to open up my Randall RM20 and poke around, what's the safest method to drain the caps before heading inside?

I've heard different combinations of shutting amp off, keeping standby on, etc... but what's the deal with the RM20?

Any hints?

wire + resistor to ground from the caps?

Stick both hands in there and feel around on a wet floor :dunno:

I just figured a good wintertime, cold weather project would be replacing some caps and stuff in my RM20 with some boutique, cork-sniffer foofy-foofy caps.
