Cameron Modified Series Amplifiers Update....

Hey Guys,

I am out here in LA working on the all the new Cameron products getting geared up for NAMM.

The ATOMICA and Old Bitch mod series amps are getting a ton of attention. the Atomica proto should be done in 2 weeks and we are designing the look now.

Pricing on these mod series amps is going to settle out at $2850 per amp now that we have a better handle on the build and parts costs.

All of the early pre orders are grandfathered at my previous estimate of $2500 so you guys get a deal and I appreciate your loyalty and getting in early.

Will update when I have more...
 
Also we are laying out the cosmetics for these amps and Mark prefers the black face panels and Cameron Black headshell with out Marshall style piping. just evil looking. Feel free to chime in with any cosmetic likes and dislikes as we are working on it now.
 
Go with Mark's preference. I am liking where this is going.

I like all this. Does this all mean the custom white headshell is out of the question?

Working on it, they will start shipping late Jan if the schedule holds.
 
I like Mark's preferences on the cosmetics too, especially if the chassis is bottom mounted. Script writing or same as CCV? What style of knobs?

Works for me, but white face panels with black lettering might be killer with the black headcase and also distinguish these from the top of the line CCV...

I dont know, I kind of like the idea of having them come with classic marshall influenced looks, but with the cameron logo and details. Or a ccv style headshell would be cool also. The black with black and no piping might seem to plain and too much black. Could u post some pics of what you guys came up with so far or not that far along yet??
 
Also, is it still definatly going to be a ptp build by george and not a pcb?? Thanks

I can see where that would look good too. Blue jewel, black script or blocked font writing. Polished or brushed chrome?
