Can I reset my Herbert functions and switches to factory settings?

I seem to have screwed up something on my Herbert while trying to program MIDI from my PODXT shortboard pedal. When I use my Herbert without MIDI plugged in now, my blue light on Channel 2 never comes on when I select Channel 2 manually. I know the light is not burned out because I can get it to go on when I footswitch with MIDI attached. I would like to start over with factory settings if possible. Does anyone know? Has anyone run into this before?

Hello Pmach !

We had a bad batch of LED´s in the production.
The LED on channel 2 has to be replaced.
Where are You located ?

Btw, there is no factory preset.

I live just outside of Chicago in the US -- I'll send my address in a private message. Is this something I can change myself or would you recommened that I take the amp in (to Make'N Music, assuming they have a qualified technician)?
