Amp head directly into Captor X, (no cab) red lights without pushing the amp hard. What am i doing wrong?

It depends on the amp, impedence and everything else... are you running clean or dirty, what amp is it, how much clean headroom is there?

Victory 100W, running dirty, matched impedence.

CaptainX did you set the input level to low sensitivity?
With 100W it should not flash that much, if you see a red flash doing a pattern like sending you an SOS in morse code, please contact the support ok?
