CCV Midi Phantom Power?

OK, maybe I'm asking for the world here from the new CCV, but it's worth asking nonetheless.....

Does the new production CCV send phantom power via the 'Midi In' jack? If so, does it send 9VAC or 9VDC? Also, how many milliamps?
