Changing moduals

I just got my GNR mod today. I havent got to hear it yet because my amp is at the bar I'm playing at tonight. My question is, If I switch out my Sl2 for the GNR, will all my midi effects change or will everything be the same just with different tone? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. So all my patches with the SL2 and different effects will be the same but with the GnR right? I'm not gonna get any time to tweak. It will have to be done on the fly. If I can get a nice semi distorted sound out of it, I'll have to send my sl2 in to have it moded as well and have 2 GnR mods. I was gonna get the sl for that. Should be fun anyway.

Yep, it will read the exact same midi info and fall into place right where your sounds were. No problems. The only time you have to be careful is when you insert a single channel module. If you have B programed it will go dead silent.

The midi channel addresses are the physical slots in your amp and that is the reason that nothing changes when you swap modules.

Like everyone else said, just drop it in and you are good to go. You will love the tone as well.
