Changing tubes in 4100 TM head

Is there any danger in reaching into the TM head to change tubes? I see the transformer (I think) in front of the tubes. What I am saying is are all the dangerous capacitors etc in the enclosed bottom part of the head. If I touch anything in the top will I get zapped?

Before doing anything like this ALWAYS:

1. Turn off the amp.

2. Unplug it from the wall.

3. Wait a few minutes for any remaining power to dissipate

You do that, no problems. You don't, there is a risk even if slight.
