Charvel geeks: 750XL or Model 6?

Which do you prefer? Which would you buy considering same condition, color, price, etc?

I'm not familiar with the 750 but there's a sick model 6 on craigslist seattle.

750XL is 24.75" scale with a mahogany bodied and a set in neck, while the Model 6 is I believe either alder or poplar, plus neck-thru and 25.5" scale. You can also find 750XL's I believe with both hardtails and trems, if I remember correctly. I'd get a 750XL if possible, but they are rare, and it depends on what you like.
