Among dealers in the United States, I think The Music Zoo has some kind of exclusive deal re: nitro relic'd Charvels. However, I have seen them offered in Europe every now and then. Session in Germany has had a few of them in recent years. Here's a link to some other Charvels that were built for markets outside of the U.S. a couple of years ago. Last time I checked, the red sparkle one was still available.Always wanted to try a nice Charvel. Where do I look for one? I’m in Denmark but pretty sure US is the place to look.
A nitro with a little relic is preferred
I made a cut out in one of mine to adjust. My other one, I just jammed in the tool and turned. It's a relic, so I don't care. I've never taken the neck off... so the original coupling is still intact. lol
The screws on mine didn’t stick out enough. My white one was close. My blue one was buried since it’s a VTrem. I check the setup of my guitars each time I play, so being able to access the truss rod is super important to me in case I need to adjust. Takes like a minute to go through it and get them playing to my specs.
