' Charvel' relic....NGD

Saw this partscaster 'ode to Charvel' relic on Evilbay a few weeks ago.
Scored it for under a grand and love it! Just need a bit of intonation tweaking on the B string.
Duncan TB15 pickup is a great unit. I used a Sharpie to black out the Duncan logo...hate that!

It was like $850 or $800 with 2 day shipping.
 
Not big on relics but that one looks cool. Odd though that the small amount of paint that's still on there is in the first places where it would be most likely to wear off first.
 
I love relic'd stuff, reminds me of an old rat rod! Very cool!

Looks great, and I bet it plays great too!

If you decide that you want to safely remove the Duncan logo all together, just use a little bit of Brasso on a clean rag. A little patience and elbow grease will make it seem like it was never there.
